The Charlatan
This rose is a shrub, I found that out the hard way by being disqualified at the last rose show. I bought this rose for the fence line under the impression it was a climber. Although shrubs can climb to over 6 ft, it doesn't cut it with the judges. This is one of the only blooms in my garden right now. Enjoy!!!
