Bloom of the Day

Golden Celebration
The best of both worlds. It was hoped that using a single-flowering Gallica as a seed parent and a repeat-flowering Floribunda as a pollen parent would result in a rose that combined the delicate charm, form and bouquet of an Old Garden rose with the repeat flowering of a Modern Rose. We have David Austin to thank for this unconventional approach to rose breeding. The very first English Rose was 'Constance Spry'.
